| How much does a wedding cake cost? |
We charge $5.00 per serving for wedding cakes. For example, if you will have 88 guests your cake will cost $440 ($5.00 x 88 servings = $440). Please note that when you order a three tier wedding cake, the top tier is a free gift for the bride and groom and is not included in the number of servings. We also offer sheet-cake at $2.50 per serving.

| Do you require a deposit? |
Yes, we require a $75 deposit to secure a date. Your security deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of the wedding cake. Requiring a deposit allows us to calculate how many events we have booked and enables us to evaluate each cake's variables i.e. special supplies, scale of difficulty, delivery location and set-up time etc. |
| When should I finalize my cake order and when would the remaining balance be due?

Your wedding cake order must be finalized fourteen days prior to your event. By this time you should have your final guest count. Once your order is complete, your remaining balance will be calculated and be due ten days prior to your event.

| How far in advance should I book my wedding date? |
Generally, booking your wedding date six to eight months in advance is a good rule of thumb. We are happy to provide a complimentary consultation during your planning process but prefer not to accept deposits earlier than twelve months prior to a reception. |
| Do you charge a delivery or set-up fee?

There is no delivery fee if your reception is located in San Luis Obispo. Please inquire for delivery fees if outside this area. Unique cakes that take a longer time to set-up will be subject to a fee.

| Who provides and places fresh flowers for the cake? |
We are happy to place flowers at no additional charge but encourage you to order the flowers through your florist so that they will match your bouquets and centerpieces. There are florists in the area who are exceptionally creative and professional. We are happy to give referrals upon request. |
